SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ALL Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Delivery Policies – within Mauritius
All orders in Mauritius will be sent through Mauritius Post to your specified delivery address within 1-4 business days (including the day of ordering).
No delivery will be made to a P.O Box or hotel address
Delivery addresses within Mauritius are free.
Orders are processed soon after receipt and will be sent the next day by post. In case the next day is a public holiday or a Sunday, then despatch will be effected the day after.
Delivery Service is provided from Monday to Saturday during normal working hours of Mauritius Post Limited. In case there is nobody to receive the order at the specified address at time of delivery, a card will be left to advise you to collect it at the post.
However if you fail to collect your order at the post and the parcel is returned to us, a re-stocking fee of 20% of total purchase price will be charged and the balance refunded to your credit card account.
Delivery policies – International  (all deliveries outside Mauritius)
We ship our products internationally via Mauritius Post or Fed Ex.
Simply nominate your preference at check out.
Mauritius Post option is via registered airmail.
Please note: Liquid orders can only be shipped by Fedex.
We cannot deliver to a P.O Box or hotel address -
please specify a physical address.
Delivery time is estimated to be 4-14 business days.
However these are only estimates and may vary during particular periods as Christmas, New Year and holiday periods. Though we cannot guarantee delivery times, we will make every effort to process orders as soon after receipt.


CUSTOMS RGULATIONS
Duties and Taxes
When ordering from yi.mu, we strongly advise that you check with the customs department of your country about duties and taxes as well as existing regulations concerning the imports of herbal products to avoid unexpected customs fees and refusal to entry.
We are not responsible for any taxes and customs duties charged in your country. In case your order is returned to us as a result of your refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stockin fee of 20% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded to your credit card account.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We will happily exchange any defective or incorrect order.
  • Replacement will be sent by the same shipping method as original order without extra charge.
  • Your cost of return shipping will be credited against next order.

 

RETURNS POLICY
Yi.mu accepts returns and refunds only under the conditions mentioned below:

  • Products must have been purchased from Yi.mu
  • Returned products should reach us in original condition (that is unopened and unused) and dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt of your order together with your invoice and specifying the reason for the return.
  • If return is not the result of our error, shipping costs associated with your return and a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged to your credit card. The balance will then be credited to your credit card account.

It may take 3-4 weeks to process the return and credit your account and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received the returned item and processed the credit to your account.
