Walnut in Black Sesame Seed Porridge
Ingredients:
10 walnut
120g black sesame seed
Rock sugar to taste
Preparation:
1.Stir fry walnut and black sesame seed in a pan.
2.Place the stir fried mixture in a grinder, add some water and grind into a paste
3.Then put the paste in a pan, add rock sugar and some water and bring to simmer, while stirring continuously. The mixture is ready when it becomes thick.
Tofu soup with walnut
Ingredients:
60g walnut
2 cubes tofu
1 chicken bouillon cube
Sesame oil for seasoning
Parsley
Preparation:
1.Toast walnut in oven and then grind in to fine powder and set aside.
2.Cut tofu in cubes and then put in some water in which you have added the chicken bouillon cube. Boil for 25 mins.
3.Sprinkle with walnut and remove from stove. Season with sesame oil and top with parsley.
