Body Mass Index is the weight in kilogram divided by height in meter square
(eg. if you weigh 45kg and measure 1m55, your BMI = 45 ÷ [1.55x1.55] )
The BMI is an indicator which allows to determine whether you are underweight,
normal weight, overweight or obese. Before starting a weight loss program,
calculate your BMI and it will enable you to assess whether you need to reduce
your weight.
In case you have to lose weight, then just set a target for BMI in the normal range
and calculate how much you have to lose.
