| Chinese Yam and Chrysanthemum tea
Ingredients:
2 slices Chinese Yam
6 dried chrysanthemum
1 tablespoon wolfberry, or goji berry
Rock sugar optional
Preparation:
Soak chinese yam and wolfberry in seperately for 15 mins
Wash all ingredients, place in a pot, add 3 bowl of water and bring to boil.
Then reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 15 mins. You can add rock sugar to taste or can be taken without sugar also.
Strain and drink
Chrysanthemum clears heat, while wolfberrry or gojiberry fights free radicals, has antiaging and moisturising properties. Both ingredients benefit the eyes and this tea with combination of the above three ingredients makes a whitening and antiwrinkle tea.
