Lotus seeds and dried longan soup

Ingredients:

5g red dates without seeds

15g lotus seeds

15g dried longan

5pc walnut

Rock sugar to taste if you want to make a dessert

Salt to taste if you want to make it a savoury soup

Preparation:

1.Wash lotus seeds, dried logans and red dates and cut walnut in fine pieces

2.Put all ingredients in a pot.  Add water, level about 5cm above ingredients.  Bring to boil and then reduce heat and let simmer until lotus seeds are soft.  Then add rock sugar to taste.  If you do

This soup can be taken as a dessert after dinner.

Caution:
